Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does the production process take? A: Standard total production time is 7-10 business days and we are closed weekends. If we can get your order done before then we will. Shorter production times may be available based on capacity which changes week to week. Peak season, September through December, production time is 10-14 business days. Sans is closed weekends and all major holidays (MLK Day, Presidents Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Black Friday, Christmas Day, New Years, etc.)

Q: Are there order minimums? A: Screenprinting 12, embroidery 6, DTF and DTG 0. If your order is less than the minimum there is an upcharge.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit? A: Yes, all new accounts are required to pay a 50% deposit on new orders, the remaining balance will need to be paid when the order is completed.

Q: How should I submit artwork? A: The main form of artwork we accept is Vector artwork. If this is not possible, please send us a PNG or a JPEG that is at least 300dpi. According to the artwork, there may be additional charges to prepare it for Screenprinting.

Q: What if I do not meet the artwork requirements? A: There will be an extra cost for our graphics team to make your design.
